Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

All Australian shipments will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. Standard shipping within Australia will be free sent through Australia Post regular post. You may elect to have tracking with the shipping and express at AU$9.95 per order.

Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 3 working days, however, remote destinations can take up to 5-10 working days (including Western Australia). For next day deliveries please contact us via info@showlace.com.au to arrange. All shipments do not offer tracking numbers, unless you have chosen the tracking option at check out.

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE (if eligible)

For Australia shipments you will be sent a tracking code for Australia Post.

For International shipments, a consignment note number will be dispatched via email for your reference.

You can track the progress of the shipment at any time, via shipping company’s website - tracking facilities.
